Carbon Health Front Range Village

This 2,600-square-foot urgent care clinic was completed at the bustling Front Range Village shopping center. Designed to meet the corporate standards used in all Carbon Health clinics, the space features a welcoming waiting area, state-of-the-art patient care rooms, lab rooms, a phlebotomy station, staff lounge, and restrooms.

Our team transformed the former restaurant space into a modern healthcare facility by demolishing it back to the core and shell. From there, we constructed the clinic with all-new underground plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. The project also included framing, drywall, ceilings, millwork, and high-quality finishes to create a clean, functional, and professional environment.

One of the key challenges was working adjacent to neighboring businesses that remained open during construction. By carefully coordinating schedules and maintaining clear communication, we ensured minimal disruption while meeting the project’s timeline and quality standards.
