Construction
For this project, we converted and combined a retail space and white box into a pizza restaurant. By combining the two spaces, it created enough room for the kitchen, serving area, seating and covered patio.
All of the underground utilities had to be installed to accommodate the kitchen equipment. The restaurant was built out with new finishes and added exterior aluminum storefront to provide more daylight.
