Tenant Finish
4Ever Young was a tenant improvement project located at Front Range Village in Fort Collins. The size of the project was about 2,500 sf that converted a former retail store into this amazing space. In order to convert the space, all of the existing walls, ceilings, and floors needed to be removed. Some of the existing utilities were able to be salvaged for the restroom, HVAC and electrical. The new construction consisted of adding a second restroom, a break room, exam rooms, consulting rooms, and a reception area. The finishes on the project followed the brand standards with solid surface countertops, LVP flooring, crown molding and LED tape lights to provide a unique feel to the space.
