Restaurant Tenant Finish
Located at 2320 Chestnut Dr., #400 on the Blue Federal Credit Union campus, this 2,735-square-foot restaurant combines functionality with vibrant aesthetics.
We completed the build-out of a core-and-shell space, turning it into a fully operational restaurant featuring a new rooftop HVAC system, and a kitchen hood with an Ansul fire suppression system. The project also included the installation of new electrical service and modern lighting to enhance both functionality and ambiance.
Architectural highlights include a spacious kitchen, with a walk in cooler, designed to support daily operations and meal preparation, alongside indoor and outdoor seating areas for guests to enjoy. The layout also features a dedicated customer area with reach-in freezers, showcasing pre-made meal options.
Adding to the appeal, the interior incorporates Clean Eatz’s signature bright color scheme, creating a vibrant and welcoming environment.
