Restaurant Expansion
This will be our second project with Panera Bread and our first providing them with a new building. This project is located in Cheyenne, WY and will be 7,170 square feet. Panera Bread will occupy about 70% of the building and the remainder of the space will be for a future tenant. The building will consist of a steel structure with metal stud framing.
The exterior will have a combination of EFIS and brick veneer. There are several site improvements including the utilities, retaining walls, sidewalks, parking lot and a detention pond.
