Panera Bread Cheyenne

This was our second project with Panera Bread and our first providing them with a new building.  Located in Cheyenne, WY , the project was 7,170 square feet.  Panera Bread occupies about 70% of the building and the remainder of the space are for tenants. The building consisted of a steel structure with metal stud framing.

The exterior featured a combination of EFIS and brick veneer. Site improvements included utilities, retaining walls, sidewalks, a parking lot, and a detention pond.
