Demolition & ReConstruction
We are excited to be working with MedExpress for the second time. This time the project is located in Longmont, Colorado. The building was originally a bank and it will be converted into an urgent care clinic. The majority of the existing building will be demolished down to the foundation and the new structure of the building will be steel. This building will be 4,760 square feet and will require that the parking lot be expanded to accommodate the customers and patients.
